- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There were some misunderstandings and we were unable to get our care here. My husband had a chipped tooth and was excited that Sharp had an opening for him the next day. When he got there he had our insurance info and everthing. They got him in, took an x ray and told him there was nothing they could do for him but for him to come back next week. They then gave him a 500$ bill and thats where it all went wrong. We have good insurance and zero co pay. They seriously did not call the insurance first before handing out the bill, this of course upset my husband and honestly who wouldnt be. I understand my husband did not need to get angry which resulted in them refusing him care. But at that point they gave him a 500$ bill and he was still walking out with a chipped tooth. This does have a happy ending. He ended up going to a different dentist who already had our insurance info printed, they personally went through the details of the insurance with him, did x rays, and even did a temporarily fix to his chipped tooth. I would not recommend them and I personally will not go to Sharp for my care.August 17, 2017by nicole Tsosie
